Family and individual accounts accounts: At a glance

What does CENTURY do with user information?

We only use your information to enable you to use the platform, to help us improve it and to make learning recommendations. Sometimes we pass it to other companies to allow us to run our platform, for example, our data servers, or our email management system, you can see who those companies are here. We never sell your data.

How long does CENTURY hold it for?

We hold parent/guardian data for 6 years, so that you can add other learners in the future. We erase student data up 180 days after the end of a subscription.

Where is the data stored?

Our data is held in the UK or the EEA.

What does the AI do and does it use personal data?

Our AI is used to make learning recommendations to personalise your learning experience. We never train our AI on data that could be linked to you personally.
