With CENTURY, at every level within a school somebody benefits. Parents benefit because they get to see what their children are good at and what they need to work on. The children get their own pathway so they are supported individually and it gives them exactly what they need. It’s helping the teachers and TAs in their immediate planning, giving them a reduction in workload. And for me as a leader, I get the picture of what is going on across the whole school.
