As pioneers of the digital experience, CENTURY and Tribal are excited to announce our collaboration to offer an enhanced experience for staff and learners.

Seamless integration will begin with supporting direct data sharing, opening up immediate assessment of new starters and saving hours of administration time

Instant onboarding from Tribal to CENTURY will benefit new students, who will be able to complete their SmartIA assessments using their new CENTURY account as soon as they have registered with the college or training provider. This approach will enhance student engagement and maximise efficiency by eliminating duplicated effort and any mistakes that happen during data syncs.

We look forward to sharing more details in due course.

Update, July 2026: In addition to viewing results in CENTURY’s own dashboards, as of December 2025 Initial Assessment results have been visible directly within Aptem, giving tutors and employers a single place to review performance.
