CENTURY Spotlight Winner - Irene

We’re delighted to announce that Irene from The International British School of Bucharest is our first Student Spotlight winner. Below, you will find out what prompted her teacher to nominate her for the award, as well as why she finds the platform so helpful for her learning.

Aliviana Sanders, Year 6 Class Teacher, Maths Coordinator and MAT Coordinator, at The International British School of Bucharest nominated Irene for CENTURY’s Student Spotlight. Here’s why:

Irene has consistently impressed us with her dedication to practising on CENTURY, regularly winning each school competition by thousands of points and even achieving second place globally in maths.

Here’s what Irene thinks of the platform:
"I found this platform helpful as it covers the entire curriculum, which I need. It’s great for practising and there is plenty of information available so that I can understand the topic as each lesson is presented in great detail. I have used CENTURY and it is amazing as it can boost your knowledge.

After winning a few times the CENTURY competition in my school and also reaching the 2nd place globally in maths, CENTURY Tech managed to keep me motivated with the right level of challenge.

I do believe that it is an excellent programme for both motivated and independent learning.

It’s an engaging and fun learning resource.”
